We met our friends at Lutheran Campus Center and celebrated Ashura (Noah’s Pudding) Day. DI gave a presentation about Ashura and Pastor Brent Christianson had a speech about Prophet Noah.
We celebrated Ashura Day with our guests at Middleton Public Library. We served Ashura (Noah’s Pudding).

Fast Breaking Dinner was held at Lutheran Campus Center on 6:00 pm.
The evening started with presentations about the month long Muslim observance of Ramadan and the Jewish harvest holiday of Sukkot, which both follow the lunar calendar and happen to coincide this year.
It was a great evening and a chance to share food and ideas.
DI members and all guests had a wonderful Ramadan Fast Breaking Dinner at Multicultural Student Center. Turkish food was served.
